AVOID

I contacted Asda about a cleverspa tub I purchased off them which had gone faulty. I made the mistake of contacting the manufacturer first who said they would fix after lock down but didn't. By the time I contacted Asda my warranty had expired. Asda refused to help, refused to let me make a complaint and refused to tell me how to follow there complaints procedure. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service or treatment with any company in my life, and I've previously bought from the Range;-) well done Asda your officially the worst.

They are truly shocking and don't care once they have had your money. I personally will never buy or shop at Asda again and judging by the reviews on this site I'm not the only one. Totally disgusted and will make it my new hobby to post as many reviews on as many sites as I can warning people about them.

AVOID@ ALL COST

i bought a multipack of asda smart…

i bought a multipack of asda smart price crisps, the salt and vinegar sticks were top notch scran. not overly baked, we’re crispy and had loads of flavour

I received a text a few hours before my…

I received a text a few hours before my delivery was meant to arrive saying they have had to cancel!! When i called them they said there was a problem with a store. I am a full time carer and really needed my shopping now i have no essentials and i cant get out as my partner is disabled and cant be left. All i got from asda was i could arrange another slot!!!!! I stopped years ago using asda but thought id try them again!!!! I wish now that i did. Its disgusting how they just cancel orders especially at the moment when vulnerable people or carers cant get out ao easily

Awful App won’t checkout ? 4 weeks now

I have shopped with Asda online for my groceries for many years due to chronic pain conditions, with a few exceptions this has been a smooth helpful process.I have recently been having a recurring problem doing my weekly shopping with Asda via the App. I manage to book a slot progress to the checkout however when it comes to the suggested forgotten items I encounter a problem proceding. I have contacted Asda and after eventually managing to speak to someone at customer service they did say that Asda App was experiencing problems, when I asked when this would be resolved and what the problem was in case of security issues they hung up the phone on me?I have tried emailing to get help with this issue but received no reply! For the past 4 weeks I have had to shop elsewhere and feel completely let down by Asda who are leaving loyal vunerable customers in a compromising situation.

Worst experience ever in a supermarket.

Worst experience ever in a supermarket.Grangemouth branch 2am.Many staff not wearing a mask.All the lights in fridges and freezers switched off so I couldn't see the items.Trip hazards everywhere.Had to physically move pallets to get to items.At checkout only self service available. No one to confirm I was using my own bags, had to wait ages for someone to come. Some shopping would not swipe including my two fresh pizzas which were to be supper. Again no one to be seen near the checkouts to help me, by this time I was exhausted as my health is not great, I was totally fed up and had lost the will to live, so I just left everything there and went home. Despite the fact I had little food at home, no bread and no painkillers which I really needed. I'll need to go to Aldi in the morning when I've had a long sleep.???????

Awful Service.

Ordered baby items to be delivered, one item did not arrive although I was charged for it. I then had to apply for a refund to which I was told it would be approved when i'd sent the item back to them! Since then Asda emailed to ask to review the item, reviewed it by stating the above, to which the Asda team tell me cannot be submitted as does not meet their criteria for reviews. So they clearly only want positive feedback and are not insterested in the awful service they provide.

I am using this review based online I pay £6.00 a month for delivery which is very convenient, ASDA keeps me a spot every 2 weeks. The delivery driver always places my shopping in a convenient place. Great idea to reserve my delivery slot every 2 weeks, so much easier.

Sick of poor stock and rubbish app/website

Sick of a rubbish website and app to do online shop on. The app constantly glitches when searching. Neither are fit for purpose. Stock issues are getting ridiculous. I never dare amend my shop, because when I do, and go to checkout, the amount of items no longer available is now ridiculous and I have to screen shot them all so I know what I'm actually trying to find an alternative for, because there is usually far too many to try and remember, and Asda doesn't always suggest an alternative even if there is one. The cost of delivery seems to have massively increased, unlike the pleasantness and service from some of the drivers. I honestly don't know what's going on but think it's time to look elsewhere and see if they have the same stock issues and can provide a better shopping experience as Asda is just a headache right now and when you're trying to plan melas.and keep to a budget and loads of stuff becomes unavailable it's a nightmare.

Take the money and run!

Dreadful company! I had a delivery booked for between 9-10pm last night. I waited to midnight then went to bed.... no way to contact them at all. This morning still no delivery so eventually rang customer services. On first call I was put on hold then call was just dropped after 20 minutes. On 2nd call the advisor contacted store who told her they would not be delivering orders from yesterday and to book another slot. Trouble is there are no slots at all available. Besides, why would I want food for this weekend delivered in over 2 weeks. No apology, no concern, no communication, nothing!!I live alone, I’m shielding, I have no one to collect for me and none of the supermarkets have any slots left. They have taken my money too.... and I don’t get paid again until Monday. Pretty tough stance from Asda bearing in mind they were paid in full! Just as well most shops persevere if they are having problems, contact the customer and get the orders out as soon as they can. Asda is supplying essential items but does not seem to have this mentality. More like take the money and run!So now I’m faced with no food this weekend.... Thankyou Asda

Asda belvedere female security are…

Asda belvedere female security are horrendous. They were rude to me so I spoke to them the same way back. The older gentleman who's usually the secretary on the door is excellent and most but not all of the other shop floor staff are good. Today was treated like a criminal for trying to take the basket to the car to offload, had left the bag in the car. Never been an issue before, I spend over £100 a week here and been going for years but this year the woman by the door have been horrendous. So much for loyalty. Cant even take a bag despite spending loads here.

I shopped in Asda Torquay this morning…

I shopped in Asda Torquay this morning a very loverly lady served me I didn’t get her name but she had a red Xmas jumper on it was 8 30 this morning she was so helpful
